Brand Checkin': 10.DEEP

I check for 10.DEEP. Itsbongoboy.com just recently did a pretty informative interview with founder Scott Sasso.

I love hearing how other brands got started and how they got to the point they're at now. Inspirational viewing.

Geek To The Beat.

I don't know too much about Zion I, but I am a music video enthusiast, and this is dope.

It took me a minute, but... Alice in Wonderland.

Tyson.

90 minutes of unadulterated honesty.

Fishsticks.

Kanye was the subject of ridicule on a recent  South Park episode, and that joint was hilarious! Kanye even found it funny, and he may even tone down his antics after this... or not.  Check the full episode, kiddies!
He can breathe under water and he humps dude fish.  He's obviously a gay fish.  I knew it.  Still love his music though.

Last Thursday.

Last Thursday, we had our first party at the Funky Buddha Lounge, which we hope we can make a regular thing for the first Thursdays of the next few months.  We're going to try to make it bigger every time... and that's where you come in.

Here's just a few shots of the evening:

Born Like This.

I'm a huge MF DOOM fan. I had no idea he had a new album coming out, though I was hearing a lot of new music in recent months. Last Friday I was in Best Buy really only picking up the 3rd season of The Venture Bros. and happened to see this cover (below) and i'm like "what is this, and when did it come out?"
Needless to say, I added it to my purchase. "Cellz" is that joint that sums up the feel of the album in my opinion:

Mos Def is a fan as well.

Point of irony: I call myself a huge fan, yet I didn't know when the album dropped. Weak.
